Musa Elegant Hijabs  is dedicated to deliver your products with trusted delivery partner safely and on time. Please read the following shipping & delivery details.

Processing Time

All orders are delivered within 2-10 business days depending on your delivery location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

 

Delivery Timeline for different location.

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Non-Metro Cities: 5–8 business days after dispatch

Remote or less-accessible areas: may require 7–10 business days, depending on courier coverage

These are estimated timelines; actual delivery depends on courier partner serviceability.

Important Notes / Requirements

A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for all deliveries via OTP-based verifications.

If the courier attempts delivery but fails due to incorrect address or OTP issues, the package may return to our warehouse; re-shipping will incur additional charges.
